The Big Day has arrived 12th October 2007

The BIG day has arrived at last, all the plans, dreams, wishes and hard work of the last year or so is about to start. My coverage of the events is a little one sided. i decided not to take a camera so any photos I have are just a few snap shots of the guys getting ready at the house.

Did we enjoy the day? I can say that all our prayers were answered in abundance. The getting ready, the service, The refreshments in the hall, the Photos (Robin), the weather, the meal, the reception, the DJ (George), The Craic, the travel, the friendship everything was better than we could have hoped for.

Elaine was stunning as she walked down the isle. and as a photographer I could see the sun just adding a rim of light to her as it shone through the Church windows. (Oh to have a camera) Everything that mattered was perfect.

The best, thanks to everyone for all their help in making this a perfect day.

Elaine & Jonathans House (Practical help)

Elaine and Jonathan decided that they wanted a few photos of the house to display and show the practical ways in which friends and family had help them to create a home to share.

We went to Newry to day to collect the suits. Needless to say that mine was perfect but the other two guys had to get bigger sizes Ha ha!!!

Someone Special

Every now and again you meet someone who is just that little bit special, I met this little girl at Elaines house and she is simply charming. She was playing with Patch the dog and I couldnt resist getting a few shots.

Its getting closer

Just one week to go. We had a very relaxing day at Elaine's mothers house (another Lorraine) on Saturday for the viewing of the presents. She had all sorts of home baking done and the whole day was very good. The weather was just a blessing sun and heat just great Here is Elaine with a captive audience and she is giving it loads!

It's Getting close

Just two weeks to go to the Wedding 12th October. Everything is starting to take shape and the excitement is building. JT & Elaine came up with a great idea, instead of having a guest book they are going to get everyone to sign this photo. I have posted it here I took it a while ago when they got engaged and Elaine was showing off her new ring as much as she could. I think they both look happy in this photo and thats the way it should be.
