Lewis family (quick update)
Lewis family Jr, came over for lunch on Sunday. We don't have many images of the four of them together so we didn't let the opportunity pass. As you can see everyone is doing well and Sarah is starting to sprout up.

Danger Artist at work
It never ceases to amaze me the work that the senior citizens turn out at the arts club. Tonight was the opening of their most recent exhibition, at the Arts for All centre, York Road. The special guest was MLA Nelson McCausland, who came direct from the important Budget vote at the Assembly. Here are a few snaps.

Master Groves
Emma and John had a lovely baby boy to-day at Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry. He weighed in at 7lbs at around 4ish this morning. Mother, baby and father doing well. Some photos of Isaac below. Emma very relaxed and doing a great job of looking after them both.

Cancer is limited
I have so many good friends and even family that have been diagnosed with this awful disease they call cancer. Off course there are so many different types of cancer, but even so the mention of the word scares many off us.
