Leaving Home

After nine years Bert is all grown up and decided to get a place of his own. Now given the current economic crisis its not a big pad by any means, but it's clean and dry and large enough should Ernie have a mind to call. Bert is a man of few words but he has tried his new home and seems to be comfortable enough. He is not sure what to call it so any ideas out them in the comments.
