Fun in the Snow

While some of us may have had enough of the snow by now, lets face it, it's no fun to work in.  This guy was having a ball.  The quad is  a very versatile machine and is just as at home in the snow as in a mucky field.

The winter seems to have arrived.

The winter seems to have arrived in Northern Ireland,  Just about an hour ago Lorraines car was reading -10.

Here are a few photos I have taken over the last few days.  The swans were getting it tight at the Corbet lake.  They are so glad of food, they would almost take it from your hand, dont think I have ever been so close to a swan.  The lake is frozen again, as can be seen from the boat sitting on it.

The Corbet lake has been frozen for over a week now. Just a few snaps of this unusual occurrence.
