Just another weekend

Met up with Jim and Laraine for a lovely dinner at the Templeton Hotel on Saturday. Lorraine's brother George, his wife, Collette and their daughter Grace were over for a few days holiday, so we managed to catch up with them at Lynn's house in Newtownards. The weather was nothing short of brilliant. Nathan joined in and had a great toddle about. all in all a great day. Just a few snaps I took over the course of the weekend.

Sun Flower

I have always wanted to photograph a sun flower so at the weekend I bought some in Tesco for £2.99 and what value. They have blossomed and brightened up the kitchen ever since. The blue sky is not photo - shopped it is in fact real. We had about 1/2 hour of blue sky in between the ever present, ever depressing, never far away gray sky's of Northern Ireland. Summer has been a complete wash out lets hope for a better Autumn.
