A week of Celebrations

This week has been a week of celebrations. I had my 50th Birthday on Wednesday 24th and Mum had her 75th on Monday 29th.
To celebrate Dad took us all away for the weekend to The Brown Trout near Ballymena.
We had a great relaxing weekend.

Just before we left on Friday my new camera arrived (Nikon D700) so I had all weekend to play with it.
Jonathan and Elaine joined us on Saturday morning and we all had a meal together on Saturday night.

Dad, JT and I had a game of golf on Saturday. I hit three balls and lost all three so decided it was not for me! Good man knows his limitations as Clint Eastwood would say

I have to apologise for this photo I completely messed it up, new camera and all that. Lorraine took the photo but I made a mess of setting the camera.

We stayed in the 5Star cottages, I would recommend the Brown Trout to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend up in the North.

Pups

The dog next door (Lass) had six pups and trying to get a photograph of each of them is a daunting task. Alana wanted a few images for her Art project so here they are. I will add a few more as I get time. I like the golden one the best as it reminds me of Bert. I have to say that just seeing these pups would make you want one they are just super cute.
